Initiator

Second time in a row, I saw the flaw in being an initiator.

First time was when my loving friends asked me many things about buying a small flat in SimCity country. Later I realized that they did not take much of my advice (No one buys a house in East). They just did the way as they wanted. It was quite fun sharing my collective knowledge with them though.

Now it is happening again.
One of my childhood friends, who is trying (by all means) to own a car in this small country, is asking me many things about having a first child.
Really, I don’t mind giving my best advises to them or sharing my experience with them. However, sometimes I have a little hesitant mood like “what if I give them wrong advice”.

Anyway, as an initiator in such cases, and the one who is talkative, and being a good friend to them, here I am, dudes. Feel free to check with me for buying a flat and having a child. FOC, some more (Singlish).
