This leader and that leader of this/that countries offer their hands. Some leaders are already in Burma.

While our brothers and sisters from foreign mothers doing something good for our survivors, it will be an absolute shame if we do not do any good.

Someone was under pressure to do something. Or else (is it a crime against humanity?).

People need more helps, but they said strings attached.
p.s. We have been hearing this “string” thingy for many years.
